This Grant Agreement (“Grant”) is between the State of Oregon acting by and through its
Department of Education (“Agency”) and Alliance Charter Academy (“Grantee”), each a
“Party” and, together, the “Parties”.

Standard Response Protocol
ACA uses the Standard Response Protocol in emergency situations. Safety drills are practiced monthly and parents or guardians are responsible for reviewing and practicing the Standard Response Protocol adopted by the school. If a parent or guardian is on campus, they are responsible for following the safety protocols.
Immunization Requirements
Shots are required by law for children in attendance at public and private schools, preschools, child care facilities, and Head Start programs in Oregon. Nearly every place that provides care for a child outside the home requires shots or a medical or nonmedical exemption to stay enrolled. For a list of required shots along with information on exceptions visit the Oregon Health Authority. Contact your school office with questions and to request immunization forms.
